Program
We'll give your team a taste of the Insights model in an interactive way. In this half-day workshop, team members will get:
- A global view of the basic principles behind the Insights model (theory).
- A view of the Insight colors, corresponding behavioral preferences and assessment of their own profile and that of their colleagues.
The premise is that each person is unique and has qualities. It shows that individuals, teams and organizations can gain strength by recognizing and appreciating the differences between people.
This session is facilitated by an Insights accredited coach.
Location
We propose a unique location in your neighborhood tailored to your needs and budget. Suggesting your own location is also possible.
