Assignments are completed in small groups, supervised by a multidisciplinary team of highly trained coaches. They carefully note how everyone reacts and functions. And provide plenty of feedback moments.
The goal? That each participant goes home with take-aways that he or she can immediately apply in their professional life - and beyond. Even after the session, attention goes to follow-up.

Team Improve can take place both outdoor and indoor, at a location of your choice. You don't have a space yourself? We can always suggest a suitable location near you.
We offer half-day and full-day formulas, possibly supplemented by a closing experience such as VR Excalibur, Firewalks, Fencing or Axe throwing.
