In times of uncertainty and also uncertainty regarding your event or activity in the near future, we are happy to provide some additional information:
Is your team building or activity planned during the next few weeks then unfortunately it cannot take place. Currently there is a ban on organizing both small and large events. Cancellation due to force majeure can of course be done free of charge. Give us a call and we will discuss everything together to find a new date as soon as possible if you wish.
If your activity is planned in a few months, we ask you to wait and see how the situation evolves. Please note that in principle, cancellations made as a precaution in a period when the government does not prohibit events or activities (when there is no force majeure) cannot be made without a cancellation fee. Given the crisis, Touché is flexible in this regard and is not going to charge these costs or keep them to a minimum. We hope to find a new date together in this case. Most partners event venues feel the same way. But please seek our advice before canceling.
Wish to plan an event and request a quote anyway? You can. We expect to be able to bring groups together again from July 1. If your event is cancelled due to government measures, you can count on a free cancellation.
